Italpannelli srl has an Engineering and Building Department consisting of an internal Technical Office and its own assembling crews.
The highly experienced internal Technical Office has been designing single-storey industrial buildings, sandwich panels cladding and cold rooms for over 40 years.
The Engineering Department is able to design different prefabricated structural types such as :

METALLIC CARPENTRY AND
LAMINATED WOOD
The Technical Office is made up of highly trained technicians in the static design in accordance with the current anti-seismic standards, technological design of materials, cladding with sandwich panels including flashings2, downpipes gutters and all profiles needed to complete the building ( doors, gates, fire doors, smoke outs and so on ).
The Technical Office stands out for the experience acquired in providing the customer with unique solutions thus allowing the customer to talk to one single manufacturer for the construction of a turn-key building.
The experience of more than 40 years mainly refers to the cold stores. The Technical Office has designed hundreds of cold rooms , connected to the structure, having big dimensions, including both normal and low temperature cold rooms ( from + 5° to – 23 °C ) and also controlled atmosphere for the storage and conservation of every alimentary product.
Besides from the static and technological engineer , this department does coordinate all the different phases which are needed to complete a project such as direct comunications with the Client, with Architectural Designer, Construction Supervisor, Safety Coordinator, panels list, packing lists, assemblying, transport, logistic and problem solving, from the Project till the building site.

- At complete disposal of the Engineering Department there is a 4000m2 large carpentry workshop certified UNI EN 1090 able to construct until execution class EXC3. Besides being available for the Engineering Department , this workshop also builds third party structures supported by the Technical Office for the development of production technical drawings.
